The Attic Apartment.
A private entrance, two characterful bedrooms, and the hush of old rooftops. The attic apartment occupies the second bay of the 1754 outbuilding, amid beams, stone and a view of the château.
An entrance all your own
The apartment has its own private entrance. You climb the period staircase — listed as a historic monument — with its painted wooden banister and time-worn steps, lined with antique tapestries. The landing, with its terracotta tiles, grand mosaic and limewashed walls, opens onto the attic: an intimate space out of time.
The Blue Room
A room in soothing tones, between a pebble-stone wall and ancient beams. Family furniture, vintage lamps and soft bedding; it has its own bathroom with a bathtub, for slow-paced evenings.
The Blue Room bathroom
A private bathroom set beneath old beams: bathtub with handheld shower, a mosaic vanity in blues and greens, a wide mirror and a brick-framed window nook. A quiet, warm room reserved for the Blue Room.
The Château Room
Through the bull's-eye window, the château of Neuville-les-Dames and its slate-roofed tower appear above the old lime trees. The room has a private bathroom with an Italian shower, for discreet, elegant comfort.

A bright, understated bathroom with a walk-in shower set in a plastered alcove, a vanity with mirror, and an old pebble-stone wall whose ledge holds a line of glass flacons. Natural stone, pale limestone and wood — reserved for the Château Room.
The Living Space
Beneath the beams and the skylight, the large table set facing the oculus window opens onto the countryside. Pebble-and-brick walls, low morning light, a sitting corner for reading: this is the heart of the attic apartment, where meals — and time — are taken.

Beneath the great beams
The lounge nestles under the original roof frame, its massive beams and old tools set along the cornice. A family walnut wardrobe, floral bench seat, deep-blue rug and comfortable armchairs: perfect for reading, listening to music, or simply letting the afternoon pass, with the pebble-and-brick wall as backdrop.
Bang & Olufsen & Elipson
In the lounge, a Bang & Olufsen hi-fi system stands alongside 1970s Elipson speakers — those cult spheres designed for the ORTF studios. The system plays radio and lets you connect your phone via Bluetooth to enjoy your own music through the Elipson speakers (there is no record player). A precise, warm and timeless sound to accompany evenings of reading or afternoons of daydreaming.
A different Beaujolais every hour
From the lounge's bull's-eye window, the eye travels over the lime trees to the hills of the Beaujolais. The light changes hour by hour: bluish morning mists, deep afternoon greens, golden sunset skies. This window never tires — it's never quite the same twice.
Simple comfort
